My organisation, the Australian government's Department of Immigration and
Multicultural Affairs, is intending to introduce 360 degree or
multi-sourced feedback appraisal. (Incidentally, we are looking for a
more user-friendly name for our scheme. Any suggestions?)

I would be grateful for information on 360 degree case studies, or how
such a system has operated in practice.
