This is my first experience in joining a list serve, so please bear with
me if I unintentionally deviate from proper "Netiquette"! My name is Ann
Clancy and I work for Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), an
employee-owned company providing economic development solutions to
businesses and governments worldwide. One of our goals at DAI is to
become a "learning organization", and my role as Learning Coordinator is
to facilitate this process. I would very much enjoy sharing experiences
with others in similar roles.
One area of particular interest to me is how to make the business case for
becoming a learning organization. It appears that much of the literature
on the subject is rather "soft" in this regard. Can anyone recommend an
article or book that may be of help in this regard? (I do have copies of
the Fifth Discipline and the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook.)
