Hi Seni,

Let me attempt some quick answers here...

> 1. Someone told me that ISO 9002 is a conflict concept with LO, is it
> true?
- No. However your view on how to maintain your ISO certification
will surely change....(hopefully, the auditors will have an open mind, and
in my experience with BSI, they do).

> 2. In LO, there is no Job Description, is it true?

- It depends. Again, the very concept of Job Description will
evolve. Where to ? Noone can tell you, even yourself will probably never
know. You'll learn as you go what is useful to you and your organization.

> 3. In my organization, CEO still want top down management system. He
> thinks that with our poor educated worker, Flat organization is very
> risk.

- Uh oh....Risk taking is definitely part of LO. In an LO,
everyone evolves in the way they see their own organization, their own
work, themselves. But noone can predict what will be the end
result...(This statement makes me feel like you're in trouble, unless (see
answer to next questions).

> 4. To be LO, what is the first task I should do?

- From a couple of the statements you wrote in here, it seems to
me your CEO has tasked you with something he doesn't understand.
Dangerous. I would suggest your first task is to grab as much time as you
can from him so you can together reflect and think about what this means,
how it will impact the company, what efforts will be required, and that,
both from the organization and personal point of views. I again have the
feeling your CEO wants the company to change, but he's not willing to
change himself...

> 5. About system thinking, if leader do not know the concept of system
> thinker How can I do?

- A suggestion: introduce the subject to this leader. Lots of
resources are available here on the Net, books, conferences, consultants,
University courses, whatever he will be comfortable with. System Thinking
is a discipline, just like Martial Art, something you keep developing
throughout your life. It's not like learning to ride a bicycle, something
you (normally) get to be able to do after a few hours or a few days of
practice....

These were personal opinions, and they hopefully will help you.
What you will discover shortly is that your answers to these questions
are the best ones.....
