At de Lange may be interested in the same question as I am:

Dear At and Winfried !

Unfortunately my knowledge about Guenter is not very elaborated. I am not
sure if it is really interesting what he has to say. He hasn't been cited
very often although he worked at the Biological Computer Lab with guys
like Maturana and v.Foerster. But build your own opinion. Maybe you find
more informations at: http://www.techno.net/pcl/

best regards,
Ragnar
