Workshops that focus on "developing the capacity for power" among the
participants are very useful for this process. Remember that it is the
relationship to their relationship within the workplace that we are
attempting to influence. To effect even incremental change requires
including several members from the same workplace within the learning
process. In addition to the excellent suggestions that Lon provided,
Playback Theater, or other "reflecting" methods are also very powerful in
letting people see themselves within these relationships.
