My experience overseas has been that qualified individuals are networked
among the nonprofit organzations with bases in those countries. USAID,
Peace Corps, church groups, UNICEF, WHO, etc. generally have field
officers in those countries who know independent trainers with these skill
sets. If you can link up with someone in that circle, you will be worlds
ahead. Another source of these trainers is through their universities.
