"Teamcrafting - The Art Of Forging Formidable Innovative Teams"
THE TOPIC
The breakneck speed at which the business environment changes
demands that corporations have teams that possess both innovativeness and
alignment. Innovative , to produce the competitive edge . Alignment, to
ensure that the team functions as a whole . When both elements are in
place , the corporation has a formidable team which also will have a
teamlearning mindset.
Teamcrafting uses a creative psychological approach to building
teams which bonds. Team members are also trained to be highly creative in
solving problems and highly innovative in business .
The process include understanding of self (emotional orientation
and thinking preferences) removal of stress , dissolving blocks to
individual learning , unleashing creativity , intuitive teamlearning ,
dialoguing , and many other creativity techniques. The approach was
jointly developed by Prof.Dr.Leonard Yong and Dr.Tuck-Wai Koh (University
of Malaya) .
