I am a South African Economics and Business educator living in London.
Currently I am studying a Continuing Education and Training course dealing
with Adult Education, Training and working in organisations. I have found
the learning org list to be a very useful source of information and
thinking about organisational change issues. I am aiming for a career
working with organisations on issues of change so the conversations and
distillation of experience represented in the list have pushed my
learning.
