LO Book Links to Amazom.com LO18430

As you may have noticed, I have begun inserting links for books mentioned
on the learning-org list.

This is done "In association with Amazon.com" and they pay a modest
commission for any purchases made through these links. (It's triggered by
the magic characters "learningorg" after the ASIN id number of the book.)

I'm still experimenting with how to do this... For now, I'll place the
links at the bottom of the msg in a block labeled "Host's Note". Please
send me any comments. I hope this will be a convenience to readers here.
If you feel the links are getting in the way of our conversation, please
let me know.
