Your very interesting LO-list was opened to my eyes by At de Lange (who I
have 'met' on another e-mail list).
I have looked in your fantastic archive (my complements Rick Karash) and
was pleased with the inspiring combination of philosophical and practical
thread of the subject.
I am working in the university and national library for technical sciences
at the university of Delft - The Netherlands.
I have only elementary knowledge on theories of Learning Organizations.
The last couple of years I am focussed on knowledge organization and
creative thinking in a complex environment.
In the library I am resposible for organization of instructions and
courses in techniques and methods of information retrieval to students and
people from Dutch (research) industries.
I hope to learn a lot of you.
