I would be very interested in this thread also since I am in the midst of
reviewing Training and Administration software vs integrated HR systems
for use in my company- a rapidly growing Trust Company with 100+
employees. It has been a trial and error process to become familiar with
the technical lingo, translate tech specs into functionality requirements
and develop a template for an organized analysis of different products. I
have searched the web for such a template or tool to no avail. I would be
happy to contribute my research and findings to date to this effort.
