A 40 page methodology would have been inappropriate for this list (at
least for me)
I believe, very strongly, that we need to get the people and organisation
issues much more firmly in people's minds and much much more in the
behaviour.
I have recently worked on a project where most of the managers understood
the people issues. They just did not give them sufficient time or
attention. Other things took up their time.
It is that the issues are understood and then not acted on that gives us
the greatest challenge.
