I'm looking for help in locating case studies, best practices, or research
on efforts at consolidating the back office services for medical groups or
medical foundations. I'm talking about all the non-clinical services of
these types of organizations.
An organization I consult to will be consolidationg those services for a
large number of medical groups. I'd like to give them some information on
best practices if at all possible. No point in reinventing the wheel.
Any recommendations on useful material will be helpful, I thank you in
advance.
