Downward Influence Tactics LO18755

I am a Ph.D. candidates at the University of Connecticut-USA. My research
is on organizational culture and downward influence tactics used by
supervisors. My study will include three community colleges in
Connecticut, one old institution(30 yrs), a medium aged (10), and a new
2(yrs)college (location), and I will also be looking at the length of
tenure of the current Presidents in each.

After a litterature review, I didn't come up with much of anything with
regard to these variables (institutional age and length of presidential
term). I may be searching the wrong terms. If you can recommend
litterature that would help with this, or search terms, I would GREATLY
APPRECIATE it. Thank you-Jean
