Genentech is thinking about moving to focal performance reviews. Many of
the managers/directors that I support have only heard horror stories about
how all business stops as managers struggle to get all performance
evaluations done at one time during the year. Does anyone have real life
experience in helping an organization transition to a focal review format
that they would be willing to share?
