I am trying to find out the details of a LO paper entitled "In search of
the learning organization: toward a conceptual model of collective
learning" in the 1991 Eastern Academy of Management conference
proceedings.
I am trying to get this paper through the inter-library loan but I am lack
of the following information that my library asked me to supply otherwise
they can not process my request.

- publisher
- place of publication.
