Norm Kerth and Jim Coplien have been heavily involved in bringing
patterns to the software development world. I'm not sure what either of
them knows about Organizational Learning, but I know that Jim was using
patterns to examine organizational cultures. Norm helps organizations
do project retrospectives, with the goal of learning from experience.
Norm's e-mail address is <nkerth@acm.org>.
Jim had a web site at <http://www.bell-labs.com/~cope/>. It has
probably moved to some address on lucent.com since I last looked.
