Systems thinkers and hurt LO19025

At, whom do you refer to by "systems thinkers"? As I understand the
phrase, I'd certainly include you. I'm having trouble identifying people
I'd consider systems thinkers in any sense, who also have created a
horrible system that is causing all the hurt.
