Winfried Dressler wrote wondering if strategic planning is a "male game"?
It certainly is not here. Most of the facilitation and leadership has
come from females. There tends to be an attitude by some males--one
reflected in earlier learning org volumes--that this is just the latest
game in town, and nothing ever comes of those things anyway. This is
definitely NOT intended to be a gender issue. Do others find that some
view strategic planning as another in the list of many management and
leadership "games" that are soon put on the shelf?
