I believe the outcomes will be positive someday. FDR clearly explained the
difference between a good economy and a poor one with "The only thing we
have to fear is fear its' self." That combined with the fact that
economies prosper or not grow or not because we have or do not have faith
in the system and the leadership.

To the extent that we can develop a belief that it will work it will.
Therefore I believe these countries will develop system more worthy of
their citizens faith in the future and more worthy of trust.
