I am new to the list so bare with me.
I am a student of Industrial Engineering and Management, and as part of my
master thesis I am about to perform a study on Organizational Learning in
a Distributed Product Development Organization.
The litterature on OL in general is very rich, so I have had no problems
producing a OL theory basis.
Instead my question is if there has been any attempts made at collecting
information about problems and solutions to problems in connection with
distributed learning. Especially in connection with R&D or development
work.
If anyone has thoughts on the subject i would be glad to hear them.
