Greetings. Following is a short survey for new professionals in OD. The
survey will be cross posted on several list serves. Please excuse the
repetition. Thanks in advance to those of you who participate!
-----

Are you new to the field of organization development and/or change
management (0 - 5 years experience)?

We are a group of new OD practitioners who are starting to examine what
mechanisms can be constructed or leveraged to support new OD
professionals. Our goal is to facilitate the development of the new cadre
of practitioners who will comprise OD's next generation.

Please help us by taking five minutes to complete the following survey
about your needs as an emerging professional. This data will be used to
(a) understand the needs of new professionals beyond those in our personal
networks and (b) plan and conduct a session for new professionals at the
annual Organization Development Network (ODN) conference in New Orleans in
November.

We would like to make the data public at some point. We have not yet
decided on the forum (listserv, web site, report, etc.). If you have
ideas, please let us know!

IMPORTANT:

* * * Please return this survey to maya_townsend@mail.amsinc.com BY
