Thanks Fred, I wholeheartedly agree and would like to echo your
appreciation of At de Lange's contributions to the LO dialogue. At de
Lange has provided me (and subsequently, my organization) perspectives on
life, learning, culture, and business that I would never have conceived
myself, and for that I have thanked him personally. As an org-learner
"deemster" or "lurker," I have learned so much about myself, organization
learning, history, and life from all contributors; I thank you all.
However, it has been At de Lange's patience and courage that has inspired
me to continue my quest in understanding organizational learning. He has
responded to several requests regarding clarification of issues, allowing
me to better articulate ideas and plans to my colleagues and executives.
The results have far exceeded my expectations. To At, again, I echo Fred
Nickols' words; you are truly a man of great thought and I thoroughly
enjoy your teachings. I look forward to your continued guidance
(being/becoming) and challenges (chaos) throughout my seemingly entropic
journeys.
One last word of thanks to our host, Rick Karash. Without you, I would
not have come across these great people. I look forward to this digest
each day-thanks for making it so.
Warmest Regards,
[Host's Note: Thanks Bill. I take great delight when I hear from people
that they are enjoying the LO dialogue. ...Rick]
