Hi
I'm interesting in learning how others eliminate work from the system. My
organisation is just merging with another company, has gone through some
painful downsizing and is now looking to eliminate some of the work that
was being done. Has this been a discussion tiopic in the past?
I'm particularly interested in the experiences of others. What worked well
in your context and what did you try that didn't work. What did you learn
from eliminating work from the system?
