Dear Potential Respondent:

Knowledge management is becoming an increasingly important initiative in
business organizations. We are looking for key respondents in
organizations (with a minimum of 10 employees) that are willing to
participate in an important research study.

The purpose of this survey is to research the relationship between
employee turnover, knowledge management and business performance. All
responses will be kept strictly confidential. There are a total of 55
items in the survey. It should take only 15 minutes to complete every
item in the survey. Each respondent will receive a copy of the results of
the research project when complete.

Please forward this e-mail to your colleagues and clients.
