One of the better techniques for mastering ones mind is NLP started by
Bandler & Grinder. I play around with my mind in the most amusimg way
using NLP, One can reframe almost any resource one has. ie any experience
one has had can be changed in a matter of moments. Believe me Maslows
theories are okay but there is no ,know how, there. I have studied that in
detail. The key to NLP is you can act using any mental resource you have.
NLP has had a rather a flaky following if you look past that you will see
a very sound model that works. Kindest Gavin
