I don't disagree with your observation, or your concern. I, too, have
occasionally been annoyed at such requests.
On the other hand, it does suggest a broadening of the base of interest in
organizational learning into the MBA and similar degree courses around the
world and thus eventually (one would hope) into the world of work.
