I have been asked to teach a class on developing a learning organization.
Just curious if anyone has taken or taught a class like this. It is a ten
week class. Meets one night a week for 3 hours. I have some thoughts on
the direction that I'd like to go, was curious to know what others have
done / experienced in the past.
