Lori Preston suggested:
>>* Describe the event as it happened
>>* What were your feelings about it
>>* What were your thoughts associated with it
>>* What did you learn
to which Bill Braun asked:
>Could you develop this further, especially the part about reaching the
>point where the two topics (personal and professional) cannot be
>separated.
I had a guess on this when I read Loris mail, where personal and
professional are intertwined in one process:
>>* Describe the event as it happened
- some event in my professional working life
>>* What were your feelings about it
- personal reaction to this event
>>* What were your thoughts associated with it
- including all my professional knowledge
>>* What did you learn
- The associated personal growth, that also increases my professional
attractivity
When starting with personal events and working through this process
repeatedly, I can imagine that this may be a great tool to discover
patterns of common threads in the evolution of my life.
