About mental models

Mental models is not only a construction but a mean of understanding and
modelling reality . It is also a intercative mental tool .

About your comment I am agree. I think that it exist a psychological
aspects in a mental model but it exist also an operative and
organizational issues. The projection is a psychological mechanism and
this can determinate our limits for knowledge and their conditions . The
Identification is a related mechanism .It must be considerated when your
refer to projection. Those mechanisms will be superated if you gain acces
to knowledege and enhance it At the beginning (projection-identification)
are condition for growth, after this mechanism became a serious obstacle.
This is my opinion. Many thanks
