Citing Msgs from Learning-org LO21001

I am writing several articles and wish to draw on the writing of people on
the Learning-Org list. Is there a generally accepted way to cite
references (is it essentially the same as citing passages in a book)? If a
precedent doesn't exist, does anyone have any guidelines to recommend?
