Perhaps a subject line that reads "INFO REQUEST: Subject_Matter" (or some
such flag) could alert readers that a request is coming down the pike and
the delete key can quickly dispatch it if desired.

most msgs as "QUERY", "REPLY", "ANNOUNCEMENT", or "SUMMARY." Some times
people mark msgs to LO in similar ways; I usually drop these just leaving
words that indicate the subject area. If you would prefer that LO msgs
