Well, in general, it is the approach to human resources, personnel
adminstration, training & development, organizational development,
coaching, etc. that is more attuned to the personal feelings of
participants than on quantifiable outcomes.
Examples do well here.
A high touchy-feely perspective has a lot of games with no relevant
learning involved. It's just fun.
