This is Nader Saleh. I am an MBA student at the lebanese American
University in Beirut Lebanon. I am taking a course in management theory.
I have a chatting or discussion exercice that I have to submit by the end
of this month as a due date
I do have five questions related to Learning Organization and through
chatting or discussion (email) I should have responses for each question
from 5 different people knowledgeable about the subject. I appreciate if
you can help me post these question to get some answers. I really
appreciate your help. The questions are:
1- The leader who wants to be a single actor has no place in today's
organization. As a leader what are the things that you give away to your
employees?
2- when considering an organization from the point of view of learning,
changing and developing. How an organization manages to lower employee's
resistance to change?
3- In communicating the organization vision. What do you do so that it
becomes everybody's vision?
4- Knowing that search is the process of learning about current
development inside or outside the organization that can be used to meet
the perceived need for change. How do you typically search for new
development?
5- In designing your organization for the future, where do you consider
making changes in the first place?
