As a besotted father of an eight month old boy I would love to hear and
read some more about this. Who should I read and where should I subscribe
on the Web for ideas. [I suspect this list may not be the forum for an
extended thread on this subject ..?]

Introducing Michael Sanson:
A graduate of Oxford University in Engineering and Economics, and with my
early career in Arthur Andersen, Motorola and an entrepreneurial family
company, I am re-inventing my worklife with a focus on personal and
organisational development work. I am exploring how to make this happen
and have been enjoying this list (as well as a number of others);
delighted at how this technology allows such easy access to new
communities. I have been inspired by the thoughtfulness and humanity that
is displayed in particular on this list.
I am British and though most of my work has been in London I have
travelled widely, including a fascinating year back-packing in East Asia
and the Pacific (... just do it !!) Having recently married a beautiful
Mexican diplomat, I have joined her on her posting to Switzerland. We
live in Bern and I have just been accepted at the University of St. Gallen
on their English language Doctoral Programme in Multi-cultural Management.
Hence my interests on this list are in learning more about LOs in general,
and in particular how to address the challenges of LOs in a
multi-national//multi-cultural context.
