Hi. My name is Marcelo Cabeda, for the first time writing from Porto
Alegre, Brazil. I really believe in the learning organization vision and
I am happy to be with the fellows now. Working on it, I'm trying to sow
the LO intelligence in an University managers group. Here I hope to
improve my English too. (I will really apreciate any help)
