When I read the answer offered by John Gunkler I've remembered something
from Taiichi Ohno.
Mr.Ohno (Toyota Production System) wrote that one of his favorite tools
searching to solve a problem have been to ask 5 times why... I agree with
our fellow John Gunkler when he says that he likes Why - for
"justifications" and How for "implementation". I just would like to
remember Ohno's insight, because we have to search the problem root ,
before start with an action planning. I fee l that there no time to waste
with not important things.
