I have found that these individuals go by at least two titles, and
sometimes others. The other most common one is Chief Knowlege Officer. A
search of the Internet will probably produce others and I'm sure this list
is outdated.

My aging list includes

Monsanto, Bipin Junnarkar, Director for Knowledge Management
General Electric, Steve Kerr
Buckman Laboratories, Victor Baillargeon (VP of Knowledge Transfer)
Coca Cola, Judith Rosenblum, CLO
Digital Equipment Corp, Hope Greenfield
(possibly) Hanover Insurance -- I wasn't able to verify this
Candian Imperial Bank Corp, Hubert St. Onge, director of Organizatinal
Learning
Digna
EDS
Hewlett-Packard
US West, Richard Baumbusch, Learning Officer
Young & Republican
