Thanks for taking the time to comment on my post. Your assessments of
'how it is' with public sector change initiatives are familiar; you
clarify the challenge nicely. No need to be sorry for speaking the way
you see things.
Given your experience 'working with the feds' I am curious about you
views. Who would I need to be, or indeed where would I need to be, to
make a difference? Any thoughts? Anyone else?
