Messrs Holloway and Dash - Thank you both for your stimulating ideas about
the leading edge of learning organizations. Clearly there is much for me
to catch up on - if that is even possible.
Admittedly, my immediate concern if for establishing some basic groundwork
- such as helping make the culture more accepting of mistakes, valuing
diversity, and learning from experience. Yet, maybe we need to reach
beyond these basics to push the boundaries of learning. Thanks for
opening that possibility for me.
