Linda...thanks for sharing this story with us. I have indeed read your
story in "the wisdom of teams." I have a question that I hope you will
respond to, please. The team began to falter and finally fail, you tell
us, because of the introduction of new people into the environment. These
people didn't have the history...or the "sweat equity" investment into
teaming of the original group.

With hindsight, is there anything that might have been done to better
integrate the new folks into the group in order to keep the team spirit
and commitment to shared purpose alive?

I feel that the insight into this question is one of profound knowledge.
Thanks,

Doc
