Why does leadership constantly seem to engender comments about the moral
and ethical aspect? Why can't "leadership" exist without that aspect?
It is a fundamental underpinning of human existance to contribute, though
it may be in an indirect manner, to the betterment of our family, group,
clan, community, sociatey, common belief system, etc. None of that is
possible (in the long term) without an undetsanding and maintenance of a
moral and ethic foundation by the leadership. Short term gains are a
possible result of even the most inept "leader." Leadership interecation
is a building process.
