Yes anyone can be a leader. They simply need to learn the skills and
methods then take the steps. There is no magic or charisma required. Some
use the process naturally and perhaps with even knowing it. But they do it
and may have learned the process at home as they grew. Others study and
follow the process by copying. Like any skill some do it better and some
do it less well but if they know the steps they will be better than not
knowing.
Anyone can be a leader. At some point everyone has been a leader because
someone followed.
Following the process is exhibiting leadership and people follow.
