I understand the "certain behaviors" are a) long posts of a few of us and
b) very frequent contributions of a few of us.
I assume a list of 22239 contributions and roughly 2000 readers to be a
success - no end or lack of engagement in sight. I don't want to say that
especially the certain behaviors caused this success, but at least it
couldn't hinder it. For the behavior in question is not new to this list,
I am quite sure that it is a well integrated part of how the list works.
The figures above tell that our list is healthy.
So here may be a learning opportunity: Why is the list healthy despite
your expectation according to your experiences with lists where "certain
behaviour" has been tolerated? What is the difference that makes the
difference in our case?
