Actualized knowledge that sustains would have heart in it.
Shifting from "required courtesy" to sincere care makes things a lot
easier what ever we say.
The ancient Chinese symbol for the word "listen" has the 5 characters in
it. One of them is the heart. The symbol for the word "think" has 2
characters. A child's head and a heart.
The understanding of the Meyers/Briggs instrument is wonderful and one of
the best for people that need help to understand that people operate
differently.
Access to Heart Intelligence applied would enhance communication.
In my experience, caring perspectives have cut through all of the
personality trait understandings that I have tried to remember in the
past.
There is a powerful way to care while staying focused and holding a bottom
line - Business Heart.
Take care,
Dan
