just a quick reply: you are very right. I didn't mean the question "Aren't
parents leader?" rhetorically, although it is somewhat provoking.
For example in one mail distributed today, I require from a leader
constructive creativity. Surely not all parents are creative
constructively!
What I wanted in my maybe too brief mail was to say that people lead and
are led and that there is a component of self-responsibility to where one
stands, so that constructive creativity can flourish. If it cannot, use
the law of 2 feet (which doesn't mean to run away when things become
difficult - need to be said to some parents).
