I see that as a very good question Chuck.

Your point about the environment responding to changes contained within
your contribution is how I would envision a possible "Vision Field". In my
own experience back when working with large groups of people in a
management position, I quickly learned how others respond to environmental
changes. When my vision for the organization was developing along the
lines of increased productivity etc., I could notice how others were
responding to my attitude and general demeanor.

I think there is a great deal of "communication" going on that we, a
general concerned field of people, have yet to tap into at a depth of
observation and understanding where it is possible to model. I do however
see it as a wonderful place to explore.

One interesting book...that speaks of one of these ways of understanding
some signals is called "The Gift of Fear" (written by a security
consultant)...speaks about how we have and often ignore certain signals
which communicate at times life threatening information. I believe we have
many of these.

Just some thoughts on the matter,
Glen
