Chuck -

I have noted a strong correlation between types and propensity to succeed
in a certain phase of organizational development. Having noticed this I
began a few years back coaching seminar students to focus their learning
curricula so that they would better comprehend the necessary leadership
skills for the phase of org. dev. they would enjoy most (in which they
would most likely succeed). The training worked wonderfully. The students
appreciate the streamlined learning and practicality added to their
seminar experience.

I am sure this correlation would appear also in the commercial or
educational sector. I would be glad to share and discuss this more with
you.

Awaiting your reply,
