Hi Nancy

I have to do a HRM system for a private Hospital, and I found that the
biggest problems were that:
- Role relationships are not defined at all, i.e. accountabilities and
authorities
- No Output measurements at all i.e. KPI's and no identifiable key
drivers,

besides all the other standard problems like just simple things like how
to do good recruitment, simple leadership practices and some other issues,

I had never done a HRM system for a hospital before and was quite
concerned at the low level of organisational design, maybe this hospital
is an exception. I hope it is, anyway plenty work for me to do.

Kindest
Gavin
