Does LO really exists? LO23015

I am currently doing a paper on LO. After reading the literature available
on LO, I failed in trying to match the theories to the organisations
claiming to be LO. Various organisations are actually engaging in a
continuous learning process, but are they really LOs? Personally I don't
think LO really exists. That is, one that really matches all the
descriptions found in all the literatures. Anyone would like to comment on
that?
